“The hotel appearance was very nice decorated with replica furniture, out side pool area was nice and it was very close to the beach which is always a plus.
Unfortunately it was a trek to the supermarket and restaurants , breakfast was almost non exsitant ,nothing was replenished , two occassions we arrived 9ish an the choice for me was a bread roll and semi cooked scrambled egg which was well runny .
When we arrived we was given a room upgrade they said because our room was upstairs,but was not……

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. However our room looked a bit tired.
One elevator only and the staff uses it for garbage collection 😵💫!!!
The pool was clean and nice.
I tried to get my family over for one afternoon by the pool and they wanted to charge 1/2 day stay for my 2 grandkids with their parents not included. In the said day there were hardly any guests in the whole hotel and none in the pool all day.
We booked the pool view room and……

“Foi necessário mudar de quarto por 3x e em cada quarto havia problemas. No 1° quarto o box era minúsculo e não tinha como tomar banho sem deixar a porta do box aberto e alagava o quarto. No 2° quarto não funcionava a descarga. No 3° quarto havia um forte cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado muito barulhento e atacou a minha alergia. Tudo isso aconteceu antes da 1° noite. No dia seguinte encerrei a estadia e voltei para casa ainda com 2 estadias pagas. Não sei o que aconteceu, poi já estive nesse……
