「Hôte très sympathique qui répond rapidement aux messages malgré son absence à notre arrivée. Accès au logement en voiture un peu compliqué vu l’abondance de neige mais accès et retour ski aux pieds grâce à un petit hors piste. Bain nordique très agréable mais en supplément non indiqué sur le site. Nous avons apprécié l’espace et l’ambiance générale du chalet. Très beau cadre et très chouette station. Vu la difficulté d’accéder au logement en voiture, l’intendance était sportive. 」

「Het verblijf in deze woning was op zich OK. Het is een ruime woning, maar een aantal dingen zijn zwaar verouderd/slecht. De vaatwasser werkte alleen in de drie uur durende eco stand. En dan alleen als je hem na heel veel proberen aan kreeg....De vriezer was niet koud genoeg, waardoor ijs smolt, de wasdroger maakte een vreselijke herrie en was heel oud. Alles bij elkaar wel jammer. De omgeving is prachtig, maar in de zomer zijn helaas maar zeer weinig bergbanen geopend. Wel jammer als je met twee...

"We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."
