“Clean rooms, Helpful staff ”

“The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. There is ample free parking on site and my room exceeded my expectation, with bottled water, biscuits and tea/coffee. A comfy double bed with a TV with a selection of movies on demand and a heating unit which I was very grateful for as it was Christmas. Overall, a lovely place to stay with good people all amongst Epping forest. Will definitely stay again when I am down that way. Thank you!”

“This pub with rooms was perfect for us as near family. The pub is very large with inside and outside areas. The bedroom & bathroom were cosy but comfortable for a couple of nights.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at the Funky Monk Epping Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The room was absolutely amazing; comfortable, stylish, and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome the entire time. “A very peaceful hotel with local shops and restaurants nearby. Sue helped with check in over the phone and was a pleasure. Great for a shower, head down and a good nights sleep at sensible prices.”

“The bed was broken (sunk in the middle of the bed) tv lost service every 5 minutes, there’s no1 to talk to, the place was a complete shambles. The only good thing was the room was clean. ”

“The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊”
