「The host was fabulous at communicating prior to check in but has failed to answer the concerns on check out day.The outer front door is very stiff and we struggled to enter.The shower is so hot downstairs it should have a warning marker on it. No option for any other temp, just scalding! The upstairs shower is freezing! Again no other option to the cold. There’s no plug to have a bath. 「Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. 「Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only...
