The house is located on the largest dune massif in Brittany (from Gâvres to Quiberon) which has been the subject for several years of action to protect and enhance the site (Natura 2000).
You will enjoy, on the Erdeven side, large beaches on the Atlantic Kerhillio, Ste Barbe, Kerouriec, Kerminihy (one of the few naturist beaches in southern Brittany and the largest)
On the ETEL side, it is the Etel River: a small inland sea, which sinks into the land, for nearly 15 kms, with its small ports, its creeks, its islands, its oyster parks and smaller beaches (Pradic beach at 400 m from the house by the dune, seawater called 'Plage des enfants').
Back, a rural area with hiking trails (70 kms on the only common Erdeven) open to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders ....
and everywhere, flora and fauna (large varieties of birds marine) deserves your attention.
For your leisure, you will have an important choice and very diversified:
