Loved the place. Only complaint is the fridge is loud (not enough to complain) and no Netflix or wifi tv. So clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences!

My bed was not made, there was no towels or washcloths, no toilet paper, dishes running in the dish washer and I had to go down to the main desk at least 4 times

Staff was kind of rude. No pack and plays or cribs for the kids. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket, it was made to seem like we were really bothering the front desk guy.

Found out at check in that we were bumped from the suite we reserved. Room we got was not comparable but still spacious . Bathroom shower was grimy and had mildew. Very noisy night. I am not sure what all was happening but very disruptive. The morning brought the realization that there is no breakfast here, except one waffle maker. Coffee maker in lobby was also broken. Keurig was there as replacement.

I am sorry that you were bumped to the same style room you had originally booked, the only difference is it was a queen bed instead of a king. The room you originally booked was not available, so yes we unfortunately had to bump you to a room that is very comparable. We had a full house last night at Candlewood Suites. We do not serve breakfast as we are an extended stay hotel and all suites have a full kitchen. We provide waffle machine still as we do not have to, but want our guests to have a little something. Our coffee machine is not broken, our coffee shipment has not arrived yet, so yes we have a keurig so our guests can still enjoy a cup of coffee downstairs if they decided not to make coffee in their room when starting their day. We really hope that you come back and stay with us again

Very clean and well maintained basic accommodation with a very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to food and services and there were no issues. Perfect for just a good restful place to stay.

I won’t stay there again. Mold in the shower. Keys stopped working on three occasions. No crafte for the coffee pot, no plates, no forks, finally, after day 4 I discoverer them in the dishwasher! Coffee in lobby not available in the morning. Thermostat in room didn’t work. Screen for the window was laying on the roof. Over all housekeeping was poor. Carpets were dirty. Entrance to the parking lot is on a one way street, depending on what direction you coming or going you have to make u-turns at a very busy intersection or figure out how to cut thru a mall parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot!!? During my stay there was some road work and there was huge signs set up at the only exit of the hotel parking lot making pulling out difficult and unsafe. (Not the hotel’s fault) but just added to my unpleasant stay. Terrible.

I booked a room with two queen beds and was given a room with only one queen bed. When telling staff about the issue, I was told all rooms were booked, that they "couldn't make a room appear out of thin air", and that no changes could be made. They only offered a $40 discount and a cot for the inconvenience. Very disappointed.

The room was very specious. The pool and gym were nice. The bathroom could use some work- wear and tear made it look dirty. I wish the parking lot had an entrance from the mall. Pulling out onto Interchange Road with signs that blocked cars was dangerous.

I charged double-one time from Expedia and then when I arrived at the hotel, they charged my card again. This was on top of the $50 hold. The manager at the hotel told me I would have to call Expedia and that this isn’t a hotel problem-it very much was. When asked to further explain as that explanation made no sense, the manager began screaming, throwing the papers, and walked away yelling obscenities and cuss words at my boyfriend. She called us names and screaming the f word in front of customers and workers. We called the company after this happened and the resolution was to have the manager call us and explain the transactions on the card-I explained multiple times that the manager was the person screaming at us in the hotel lobby and that this was not the solve for the disrespect and disgusting actions of the manager.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice but needed updating. Kitchen faucet was falling off sink and bathtub faucet was very loose. Otherwise everything was fine. Big room with full kitchen. Small indoor pool, workout room, and laundry. Great location.

I love the suite set up of the rooms. I love the cleanliness of the rooms and the AC Controls. There was a guest who was partying late at night past the 10 pm quiet rules I saw posted. They were kinda obnoxious all night. But staff was great. Everything else was good. 👌

The staff was very kind. When we entered our room and turned the bathroom light on, 2 little bugs(im assuming were roaches) scurried across the floor. My 14year old daughter screamed and I ran in and saw them with my own eyes! I quickly grabbed toilet paper and killed both of them. I also noticed the rug was filthy with crumbs and such, especially next to the beds.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites on August 6th and were disappointed in the hotel accommodations. Although we did not book a smoking friendly room, there was a terrible smoking stench in our room. The shower drain was clogged and every time we showered the tub would fill with water. There were cracks along the ceiling of our room and bathroom that looked cheaply plastered over. The staff was friendly, but did not give us an updated room or anything to fix the above issues.
