We had booked this for an overnight stay during a road trip. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the fact that we booked this specifically because there was a hot tub and a pool, and unfortunately the hot tub was out of service. Given the dust on the note saying “do not enter”, it looked like it was possibly out of service for some time.

What I did NOT like was being awakened at 7:00 AM by a fire alarm due to a faulty toaster in the breakfast area. There should be a better system in place so that guests are not disturbed unnecessarily. Otherwise, my stay was uneventful. I would like to thank Brady for taking care of the changes to my reservation. He saved me a from not having a place to stay after watching my grandson's game. Thank you!

Our stay was pretty good. The rooms were clean pretty much everything was clean. And the couch bed wasnt comfortable but the regular beds were. and the food was good. But the pool felt like it had an overload of chlorine in it and the hot tub was closed. Other than that everything was fine

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Comfort Suites. The room and hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the hotel felt generally worn and poorly maintained. The furniture and fixtures were old, tattered, and clearly overdue for replacement. Noise was also a major issue, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment — the food was poor enough that I found it essentially inedible. This was only a one-night stay for me, which was fortunate. The property needs significant attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and overall guest comfort before I would consider staying here again.
