With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax after our long day were instantly dashed. Also, the pool is not exclusively for hotel guests, local families can purchase a daily pool pass. This explains why the parking lot was so jammed upon our arrival. Avoid staying here on a weekend if you are not travelling with children. We tried to have a nap before dinner, but kids were running, crying and screaming up and down the halls.

We booked here for the weekend to attend a cheer competition with some other cheer families. Several families had extremely dirty rooms….one even requested a refund and went somewhere else. Our room was luckily clean which was the only decent part of our stay. I purposely chose this place because of the sauna and was looking forward to it all week. Upon arrival, I was told the sauna was broken and they had no clue when it would be fixed. I had booked a suite and it was right across the elevator. The walls are so thin they might as well be plastic. I heard people coming and going 24/7. The people in the room next to me sounded like a bunch of elephants doing aerobics. Kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls when it’s supposed to be “quiet time”. It’s not enforced at all. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep the whole weekend. Ice machine on our floor was also broken. When I went to check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. The girl at the front desk just said I was all set and walked away. Extremely disappointed.

Staff was great and rooms need some updating. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. Pool area needs more chairs as people had to sit on the floor. I wish we had a room on the 4th floor as people above us were running in their room and it sounded like thumping. Kids were running down the halls after the quiet 10 pm time. I blame the noisy on the parents not enforcing the quit time. I forgot a toe with stuff in it in the room and the housekeeper took it to the desk and they called me which we weren’t far away to get it. Thank you for the call and being so honest.

Everything was great! Room service checked everyday to see if we needed anything so that was very nice! The kid pool was extremely nice. We got to take our kids down and relax and not have to worry about them so much! We really enjoyed our stay!

Decent hotel if you have kids. But feel like I spent $180 just for the pool. The hotel was not clean, dirty linens, food crumbs in the bed of the pull out couch, and floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

We have stayed here several times and we are always pleased. The stay was equally as good this time, however, we paid for a walk in shower room and were provided a room with a tub. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but have not heard from them. I am slightly disappointed this time around.

We stayed here for the fun indoor pool. The water was pretty cold and it was eerily cloudy. There was so much build up on the pool tiles that kids were writing 6/7 in the scum. We needed to use the sofa bed and underneath we found old candy and French fries which was pretty gross. The walls and ceilings are very thin, you can hear conversations in the halls and every step the people above you take. Would not return here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids are constantly fed ads for the big indoor waterparks (Great Wolf, etc) but we didn't want to pay the rates they're asking. This place has a great pool with a big water slide. The pool is good for families - 3'6" at it's deepest, with a hot tub that's for adults only. Everything was clean, towels were abundant even during the busiest time at the pool, and breakfast was good. Very relaxing extended weekend.

I almost hate to say how nice the stay was here because then more people will start staying at this little gem. The rooms were clean. The bed and bedding was quite comfortable. The staff were great-pleasant and informative. The pool was wonderful and we had a great time in the lap pool and play area. Breakfast had many options and all the food was food. We will be back

The recent upgrades to this property have really improved it. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are well laid out. The breakfast room is much larger and brighter and offers many more options. Pricing was still reasonable. We have family in the area and stay fairly regularly. This was the best experience.
