Just okay
Had to call to get code to get in. It was cold out and the heat wasn’t on and no instructions on how it worked. Couldn’t get main channels on tv, called the host, she gave a suggestion and said if that didn’t work there was nothing she could do. Again, no instructions on how anything worked. There were extension cords all over the upstairs, it was hard to find a direct socket. The top part of the stairway had no railing. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is the worst we have ever stayed in.

I’m sorry you need instructions for everything. The house is set at standard room temperature. If that’s too cold for you there is a self explanatory thermostat on the wall - up arrow increases the temp and the low arrow decreases the temp. The television worked the way it should. You called at 9pm saying you can’t get “main channels” - it’s a smart tv that works on apps and internet. It’s not a cable tv which I explained to you. You were able to watch your apps and still you complained. The internet worked and even if the server was down there is nothing I can do without speaking with the internet server in the morning. The stairs has railings I don’t what you mean by “the top of the stairs has no railings” the extension cords all have extra sockets - why would you need a “direct socket”? You sound like an elderly demented person who loves to complain about everything. You and your family are definitely not welcome back in my house. Some people just can’t be pleased.

Wonderful Stay !
If you’re looking for a great getaway place in Erie, choose this house !! Great spot close to the peninsula. Waldameer, downtown and everything else fun around the lake ! Host was very helpful with all aspects, the property was extremely clean and spacious! Everything was grade A during our stay ! A++++

Nice but shady neighborhood
This place was clean and orderly. Check in and out was easy. The neighborhood was seedy at best and the owner gave me incorrect information on how far my marina was from the house. Luckily for me, I double checked. She told me 10 minutes and it was 36 minutes.

House near Lake Erie
Enjoyable stay in a house 2 blocks away from great walking trails along the lake great for exercising dogs. Kitchen was well stocked except we never found all coffee grinder parts. Safely fenced back yard. Point off for cleanliness was for spots on walls but all normal living parts were very clean.
