「Beautiful updated home near the lake with all the kitchen supplies needed for family meals. Laura went above and beyond to make sure our two kids had snacks, games, a fire pit supplies at the property. She really makes the house feel welcoming, including bday sign for my husband! There were also lots supplies and we didn't need to purchase or bring anything additional. The upstairs rooms are warmer than downstairs but equipped with HVAC so can be remedied. We felt safe and relaxed the whole...

「This home is well cared for, and we didn't need anything else. Lots of extra linens, plenty of cooking supplies. There are 2 full-size sofas which mean there was plenty of room for everyone to sit. The beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure. It was nice to have an extra 1/2 bathroom (in the king bedroom). 「There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!」

「We booked this for the solar eclipse of 2024. The house was perfect! We had the best of both worlds, lake view but close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Erie. Plenty of room for our group that we went with. Inside was up to date and the backyard was amazing! It was clean and well stocked, maybe adding a few more drinking glasses would be a good addition. We would definitely recommend this house on Lake Erie, and will keep it in mind for future trips!」
