「Beautiful setting. Jose and Kurt are super hosts. Quiet and tranquil. Please plan on coffee and light breakfast in your room but lunch and dinner at one of the many good options in Hamilton Morrisville or one of the other quaint towns nearby. We would return if we return to Colgate in the future!」

「There were some hiccups, but our host went above and beyond to address them. The coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds. He not only went out and bought a new coffee maker and coffee, but he also bought my friend and I large Dunkin coffees and a dozen donuts to make up for it. One evening when we came back from the fair, the downstairs tenant had a friend over who took up our parking spot, so I called the host to ask where we should park. He immediately got ahold of the tenant and his friend...
