I'm afraid this property should not be graded as 4*. I booked a deluxe room and I'm afraid it was far from deluxe. I had 3 nights of very poor sleep. The bathroom light comes on with a sensor- it kept coming on on its own all night waking me each time as it lit the whole room. The shower is awful. It's over to one corner and I had to keep moving the head. It made having a shower very awkward as you had to stand on your side. The room temperature was far too hot and the air conditioning dones't work. When I asked about this they advised that the switch off the air conditioning in August. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und im Dachgeschoss. Es entsprach nicht dem gebuchten Zimmer.Z.Bsp. war die Duschschiebe-Tür defekt die Kalt-Warmwasser Regler reagierten nicht zuverlässig. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war im 5.Stock erreichbar mit einem Uraltaufzug dann noch einen Stock über das Treppenhaus. Alles wirkt sehr abgenutzt. Richtig ist, dass ich ein Economy Zimmer gebucht hatte. Auf Nachfrage ob ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen kann, wurde nicht eingegangen. Dieses Zimmer, dient dazu, dass ich nicht nochmal den Bayerischen Hof buchen werde.
