"The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. "The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed.
