The agency offers this charming stone house with three bedrooms, just steps from the beautiful beaches of Le Guen and Lourtuais (less than 2 km away).
This property, with its charming exterior, is located less than 2 km from the beaches of downtown Erquy and Le Portuais, and only 1.4 km from Erquy's shops.

On the ground floor of this house, you will find:
- A living room with access to the terrace and the outdoors;
- A semi-open kitchen/living room;
- An office with a library;
- A bedroom with a double bed (120x190cm);
- A bathroom with a shower;
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm);
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm);

- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
- Wi-Fi access;
- Private and secure parking.

maison non privative comme indiqué sur l'annonce à l'arrivée la propritaire était présente pour la visite elle habite dans la cour juste à côté de la maison cela ne nous a pas plu du tout croyant étre tranquille pour nos vacances , cette dame de plus nous donnant ces ordres . Ménage non effectuer (photos à l'appui) pas de wifi l'agence bien aimable nous a prêté un boitier, entretien extérieure non éffetuer cela fait beaucoup de dégréments pour notre séjour . Cordilament Mr et Me Soulas
