This is a fun property. Nothing fancy but exactly as described. Lots of fun hikes and drives in the area. Ethan was such a great host, enjoyed talking to him and (Lacey?). Very accommodating, you just need to ask if you need something they sure will try to make it happen! Lucy the cat was even super friendly! Second time staying here and I would stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff took an older motel and turned it into a very comfortable and thoughtful stay. We loved the lounge chairs out front of our room to watch the sunset, and to sip on a few beers. Ethan was amazing! He showed us the room, explained the TV system, and encouraged us to reach out for any questions. The bed was very comfortable. The room was comfortable, and the suade couch quite decadent. It was a very pleasant surprise for a great price.

Very cozy, clean, and affordable place to stay in Escalante! It's completely self check-in so you won't interact with anyone, just make sure to check your email in advance for the code for your room. We have stayed here many times when visiting the area. Walking distance to Escalante Outfitters, which has amazing pizza with sourdough crust!
