Step inside to discover a cozy lounge area with two comfortable sofas, seating five people, and a TV for your relaxation. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials, featuring a cozy round dining table for five. You can use this to work from whilst gazing out into the garden that is behind a wall making is private.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two lovely rooms (super king and double beds) both with wardrobes and chest of draws. The 3rd room is a single with a single bed complete with wardrobes. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. This is a well designed English cottage in beautiful grounds in the West End of Esher.

The back garden is truly special, featuring a tall, old stone wall that gives it a unique charm and a real sense of privacy—something quite rare in the area. It’s a peaceful space where you’ll find a beautiful garden with a dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for alfresco meals. There are also lovely little nooks and quiet spots to soak up the sun or curl up with a book. The garden is spacious and serene, and you’ll only be sharing it with one other cottage, making it a perfect retreat. ,Tucked behind a wall making this a hidden treasure. Large parking area tucked next to the cottages. Off road free parking if you need extra space for friends visiting.

Situated in West End, Esher, you'll be just a short walk from West End Green, the Prince of Wales Pub, and Garsons Farm. Esher High Street is only a 10-minute walk uphill.

Claremont Fan Court School is near by (Portsmouth Road Entrance) 10min drive.
ACS International School is a 12min drive away. Cobham, Oxshot and Kingston are a short drive away. It is the perfect spot to explore.

Guests have full access to the entire home and a huge, gorgeous walled garden. The garden is very big and you share with one other cottage. It is a lovely place to relax or dine outside

Your are welcome to book the other cottage for family / friends gatherings. We also have a gorgeous Cabin - Designer cabin on private estate that you can book out.

A deposit for longer stays will be taken, an additional fee will be discussed and taken during booking.

We require to see passports for all guests that book. Please send a picture when booking.

Cleaning fee - 2 weeks stay will be £150 and 28 days + will be £250 for the end of tenancy clean

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
