Felt safe. Traveled with kids, so that was important. Must deposit $100 cash, which I got back when I checked out. Room was clean. Shower was powerful and hot. Had a few issues with the TV and sink drain, but overall not a big deal. It is noisy there, but not terrible.

The room is Okay. Fresh paint, nice refrigerator and microwave. Furniture and decor os dated. Kind of late 50's laminate. Floor is laminate too, better than carpet, but fairly scratched, and not shiney clean. Everything works, lights, water, unit style HVAC. Quiet enough. Almost impossible to get in and out of the parking lot. Up s steep slope directly on to a busy highway. No intersection, no traffic lights, no turn or acceleration lane. Half the parking lot is blocked off for resurfacing. Took everything out of the car. Looks to be in a rough part of town. Check in desk is glassed in and you pass your ID and credit card through a slot below the glass. Makes you wonder what you got into.

Wanted a 1st floor room. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and front desk person said the lower rooms were full. There was no one there! Have stayed here several times: gap under room door so lots of light comes in, noise from hallway high when people walking by. Overall looks run down. Weird entry to parking lot. Dont think I'll be staying herebany more.

Disappointing
The manager was not friend. It was hard fir me to understand what he was articulating. The room needed more cleaning. The bedspreads were dirty. Two adults stayed in two bedroom and i thought the price was expensive. I told the manger that there two adults staying the room. He gave us 1 key to share. We were not satisfied with the stay.

The room was clean, but bare bones, no fan in bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner, only two hardback chairs, or sit on the bed or else, advertised hot breakfast, when we asked where to find the hot breakfast, the host said" hot coffee" and gave me 2 thumbs up. I told him my reservation stated hot breakfast, he gave me another two thumbs up. Coffee was not in room, but downstairs and down the hall!! It is located next to a drive-in restaurant that caters to noisy customer cars until late. The highway is very noisy as well. No thanks, not again for us!

Basic clean, quiet room.
Motel 6's are very basic, nothing fancy. No food at the hotel but there's a Sonic next door. The rooms were clean and quiet. This one allows pets, which is what we needed. We stayed 3 nights. The people hanging out in the parking lot were sketchy, but so is Espanola in general. As a woman, if I was traveling alone, I would have preferred to stay elsewhere.

Good for basic stay
Bed comfortable. Very basic room with only tv, fridge, microwave, 2 small soap bars, small towels. No coffee maker, no shampoo, no hair dryer. Good a/c. Friendly front desk.

Dirty sheets in room. Management unwilling to provide a downstairs room because all rooms downstairs given to construction workers on jobs in the area! One positive thing. Management refunded charge for second night, as I cancelled that night because of the dirty sheets.
