"Accueil téléphonique déplorable.Nous n'avons même pas osés sortir nos bagages de la voiture à notre arrivée.L'endroit ne correspond pas aux photos ni descriptions : cest une casse automobile remplie de ferrailles dangereuses pour des enfants et adultes y séjournant.A la vue du contexte ( hotes, terrain et hébergement) nous avons pris peur et sommes allés à l'hôtel pour rentrer chez nous le lendemain.A fuir pour votre sécurité !!!"

"18 of us, using 11, all en-suite rooms. Accommodation worked well with 2 sitting rooms. We used one for people who wanted to be quiet, the other, attached to the dining room for evening games. The host set the dining room up for us so we could all eat at one long table. Large, well equipped kitchen made self catering easy. Nearby good resturants and bars."

"This was a good place to stay overnight for a travel down to Spain. The property is dated but have no complaints as was only a rest stop. Very close to the Spanish border."

"Had a great time, fabulous weather for late October! Lots of hot water and a comfy bed. Spacious with a rooftop terrace, Very rustic .Phillipe and his wife are very welcoming.The only downside for us was the 2 sets of church bells that chime on the hour all night.Very cheap bus fares only 1 euro per journey and good walks to the next villages."

"Actual residence was nice however: Directions to locaton were poor, access to entrance involved climbing an exterior spiral stariway Several scent making devices filled the interior with a powerful chemical smell, the given wifi code was incorrect and had to be found on modem which was not that easy, beds were uncomfortable. So only gave 3 stars."

"The property all in all is very well kept, and very cozy. We loved the house and the garden, the view in the evenings and the beautiful little village of Tautavel. We definitly want to come back."

"Spent ten weeks there this year after a pleasant stay a couple of years ago, even though we were out of gas for two weeks, but maintenance has been poor .Looking tired..Doors falling off cabinets needs a coat of paint inside pool area glass chipped and falling out of place Hob still broken after 2 years . I will be returning to the area again next year but not to this villa ."

Chateau in magnificent park with swimming pool

"We stayed in the chateau with six adults and 22 teenage girls, luckily the chateau is big enough that we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Camille (the property manager) enabled us to tour the chateau prior to our stay and answered any queries we had.Honestly you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay. "

"Great hotel in a great spot for onward travel to Spain - not too far off the main route. Friendly on arrival and when we got a takeaway pizza he was helpful and provided a knife for us to cut it up!! Room was clean and comfortable and the air con was working - thankfully as it was super hot "

"While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there."

"The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic. "
