Our reservation was canceled by the property manager the day before we were scheduled to depart due to no vacancy. The Hotels.com process is very misleading in regards to vacancy. As the customer, my reservation was nonrefundable, but the management can cancel on us as they wish. Now we are having ...

The house was gorgeous and a great location. We loved hearing the waves crash below us. Everything was clean and the concierge service was helpful and always responded quickly to my questions.
