The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with a comprehensive selection of appliances. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a hand basin along with a shower and WC, forming a complete en-suite bathroom. This room also provides direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a French bed composed of 2 individual sections of 90 cm each, with a length of 180 cm, and likewise opens onto the terrace. A separate bath and WC serves as the second bathroom, complementing the overall layout of the apartment.
