Located minutes from so many conveniences, including I-75, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), FGCU, Costco, Coconut and Miromar Outlet Malls, Gulfcoast Town Center, golf, tennis, yoga, boating, and nature retreats. Watch a hockey game or attend a concert at Germain Arena, play beach volleyball at Estero Community Park, fish/grill on the beach at Wiggins Pass, swim/parasail at Barefoot Beach, visit the library, post office, restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment scenes in this highly desirable location in SW Florida.

Great property, location, and owners!!!

Very nice condo. Location is very good - proximate to shopping, restaurants, etc. Amenities were very sufficient (fitness room, pool, tennis). Owner (Karen) was excellent to work with - helpful and very responsive. Thanks Karen to you and family for a very good stay!!!
