“Loved the location, an easy drive to the national park and situated by a babbling stream. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook at home, and there was even outside seating so we could enjoy our meal by the stream.”

Property very, clean and everything you need the property has. Will be my Estes park go to when I return ”

“I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect.”

“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. The only wildlife we saw at the house was a wild turkey sitting on the fence one afternoon. We did……

“Ridgeview is an amazing property located perfectly on the edge of Estes Park proper. Fully equipped and very clean with super comfy beds! Owner was proactive in notifying us of an issue and handled it quickly. The back deck was definitely our favorite spot - mornings meant watching the sunrise on the mountains with a steamy cup of coffee and evenings were spent enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. Bonus was the huge heard of elk (100) that moved right past the property one evening - so……

“Our stay was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and the property was very clean, well maintained and close to downtown. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. Mike and Cindy were so nice and Mike gave us several recommendations to check out. Leah the property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. As a bonus we seen a lot of Elk roaming around in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!”

“Location was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Great communication with hosts. Property was clean and in a great central location. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom the door kept getting stuck making it hard to get out. The beds were big and spacious but not very comfortable. All things considered it was a great stay and we would return. ”

“Amazing property! Very beautiful location about 10am from town (driving). Plenty of rooms and hang out areas and already talking about doing a big Thanksgiving with the whole family one year at this property. Only downside was some windows don’t open and the shades in the mater do not work so we had to use a hair clip to keep the shade open to let in fresh air”
