“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“This was perfect for our stay. My 16 year old son and I were in town on a quick trip for a concert (BILLIE EILISH!!) and we had everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen is lovely and everything was clean inside as well as the grounds outside. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well. There’s a cute little bodega within walking distance that had the perfect snacks for our 2-day stay. The owner was very kind and responded……

“This amazing place is perfect until it's time to figure out how to use the key fobs. No instructions are provided to guests and I was forced to track down humans to have them explain how to lock the door to my room when I left. There are no helpful customer service phone numbers or directions. How was I to know to hold the key fob up to a tiny black square in the center of the panel and flip the lock latch twice? Otherwise the Skye at 6th was excellent in every other way.”
