“My wife and I recently stayed at Le Basilica Addis Hotel, Apartments & Spa, and we will definitely return. The apartments were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The waitresses were exceptional, and while the team is naturally welcoming, further training for the management and front desk would elevate the service to a truly elite standard. “When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking……
