"Goose Bay" is a delightful cottage located on lower Boardwalk in picturesque Carlton Landing. Guests will love access to the community pool, proximity to local restaurants, and nearby swim up beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 6 plus enjoy the comfortable porch swing and seating on the front porch and quaint courtyard back of the home!

As you enter this 2-story cottage retreat, notice the detailed finishings on the first floor, including 10-foot-tall ceilings and hardwood floors, along with natural colors and textures to compliment the lake vibes. Enjoy gathering with friends or family in the cozy living room with natural lighting on 2 oversized sofas and 1 linen armchair. Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find plenty of room for a sit-down dinner with 6 total seats at the dining table—and don’t forget the 3 stools at the kitchen island/breakfast bar where you can watch the chef prep dinner. Making dinner was never easier with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, and ample cabinet space. Down the hall is the king suite with attached bath. Make your way to the second floor where you will find the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath.

Special story behind the name of 35A Boardwalk- The owner spent many happy times in Goose Bay, Labrador, where his father was an Air Force base commander. It was a positive experience, and he has since used this name with other ventures. We hope guests visiting Goose Bay will leave with lifelong memories.

Goose Bay has 1 guest parking space, located on Center Lane South, behind the boardwalk. It is the fourth parking space under the carport, labeled "Goose Bay". All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
