The overall stay was great! I would recommend that the owner put a little more effort to the exterior landscaping and cleanliness of the porch. Also needs a better BBQ.

Very nice stay! The house was cozy and we all enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities and was clean. Tip: There are no lamps upstairs, but we brought a reading light.

This house is in the perfect location and to one of the pools. Property managers were wonderful when we accidentally had a mix up of dates and immediately accommodated. House is stocked with kitchen supplies and extra blankets/pillows.

We loved this home and our weekend at Carlton Landing! The kids were extra excited that we could bring our pups with us, too. The home was close to Mama Tigs and the Meeting House, and we enjoyed walking to take in the sights and out for meals each day. Clean, comfortable and well appointed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The guest home was inviting when we arrived. I did get incredibly lost and turned around when walking my small dog on a bitter cold day. I think a paper map with all of the homes/numbers printed on it would be very helpful. Also, put the directions on it (n., s., e., w. ) which would have helped me as well as my partner with sensing our location. Also, I had to vacuum the bedroom carpet due to allergies, when I found black dog hairs on it. Just a quick once-over of dusting and vacuuming would be helpful.

We were disappointed to learn of only one assigned parking spot. This needs to be communicated prior to check in. The phone and Internet was very weak. ATT customers need to be warned of this problem. Dirt roads were shocking! The TV’s were nice but no tv service was provided! Seriously? Last, the home slept 7 or 8 but there was seating for only 3 in the living area. Oh, and no dining table.

House overall was nice great location. Needs some TLC. Yard upon entry is dirt. Trash upstairs was not emptied prior to our arrival. Property is advertised to sleep 10 however there is one 3 person sofa in living room and only 6 barstools. Would also be nice upstairs to have somewhere to hang or unpack clothes. Home did not have any closets or dressers. All in all the house was cute, excellent location, just a bit tight for 10 people.

It’s a shame others don’t. The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and it had a washer and dryer and a large screen TV 📺 in each bedroom and in the living area! Kayla and Taylor the property’s managers were so nice and easy to work with. There are so many things to do and easy access to everything ! Loved it!

Manager Kayla Burris was very helpful and nice/sincere. She gets an A+. Home is nice and well equipped. Eating options are limited in quantity and timing so plan accordingly. Marina rental was great. Water is a bit muddy in appearance but still a refreshing experience.
