Treat yourself to true lake luxury in this spacious and sophisticated home in Carlton Landing. Located on Lower Greenway, Blue Heron House has a quiet park view, but provides quick, walkable access to both community pools, hot tub, sports courts, swim beach and lake side walking trails.
Spend mornings on the large, furnished front porch with sofa seating and a porch swing, as well as a dining table. In the evenings, enjoy the screened back porch with an oversized bed swing and the private fire pit with Adirondack seating. A starter bundle of firewood is provided. Enjoy the newly fenced back yard!
Inside, the open floor plan joins the kitchen, dining area and living room, so your group can gather all together. A gorgeous living room bar with cooled beverage drawers and a built in fire place are unique features that make this living area stand out. The state of the art kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and the custom dining table comfortably seats 10 people. A record player enhances the ambiance in this entertainer's dream space!
A private hallway off the living room leads to a master suite with a king bed and full bathroom with double vanities. Also on the lower level are a powder bathroom and the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a second master suite, complete with a king bed and view of Lower Greenway and Bocce Ball Park. It has a private bathroom with shower and double vanities.
The first guest bedroom has two comfortable queen size beds with individual night tables and lamps, and a scenic view of Lower Greenway. The second guest bedroom also has two queen size beds, arranged into playful built-in bunks with individual shelving. The bunk room includes ample room for recreating, a sofa and television, plus a Wii gaming console and endless family games. A writing desk and chair make a functional and stylish addition to the upstairs landing.
The two generously sized guest bedrooms are joined by a true Jack n' Jill bathroom with a shared shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a separate vanity, sink and toilet which can be closed off privately.
The entire home is stocked with everything you need to maximize the comfort and enjoyment of your Carlton Landing vacation. You'll have access to basic cable, streaming services where you can login to your favorite apps, plenty of cozy throw blankets and a variety of books for lazy mornings on the porch.

The town of Carlton Landing has been called the "Seaside of Oklahoma" and is often compared to a "Hallmark Movie Set". Most neighborhood amenities are complimentary inclusions with your stay. Add-on amenities, such as bicycle and kayak rentals, are available seasonally. Take a short stroll up the sidewalk to Tower Court Pool and Wading Pool. Playgrounds, parks, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach area and more are all within walking distance of Old Fashioned Hideaway. We offer concierge services such as grocery stocking, lawn game rentals and souvenirs. Getting Around:
The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your bicycles, scooters and skateboards! You might enjoy having a golf cart during your stay. Carts of Carlton will deliver your cart to your vacation home and pick it up when you've gone. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation!

Please let us know before your arrival if you intend on bringing a pet. There is a small pet fee to cover extra housekeeping.
