"Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways. "

"Loved the port view with the city skyline! Best view is obviously from the rooftop but even the twin city room had an amazing view. One thing I’d like to point out is that Lavalse had the room ready for us even before the check-in time which was so convenient after a 2.5hr long bullet train ride. Incredibly grateful for that and I understand it wouldn’t have been easy! Service was amazing and facilities were even better. "

Close to all restaurants and Busan X The Sky, as well as the Blue Line Park. The room is also very clean and neat, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Busan ❤️"
