HORRIFIC. RUN FAR AWAY
I have videos, pictures, witnesses…This was the worst vacation property I’ve rented in my entire lifetime, and I rent ALOT through various resources (not just VRBO) If I could give negative stars, I would. The host Annette was unresponsive. We had a hard time even getting in the house! The house inside and out was FILTHY. I mean like your fingers get sticky just opening the (empty, disgusting) kitchen cabinet drawers/doors FILTHY. The downstairs bathroom was infested with bugs FILTHY. Shower and sinks were FILTHY. Tub was OK I guess.The sheets did not seem to be washed. There were multiple discount air fresheners in EVERY ROOM to the point we were getting MIGRAINES.We felt UNSAFE. (Don’t get me started on this one….) There were ZERO amenities, I mean like ZERO. When they list toilet paper and paper towels as amenities, they mean it…. That is all you’re getting. Sure they leave candy on the 3 (yes only 3) towels provided, but hey, maybe that plays into the bug infestation problem.The lighting is seizure inducing interrogation room terror.The stairs are what social media would call “death stairs”. I could give a detailed list of DOZENS of issues, but honestly I’m just trying to forget I was ever there. I tried to leave without refund the very first night of my three night stay, but because of Cal Poly graduation, everything was booked. DO NOT STAY HERE. I ended up renting a night in a different (BEAUTIFUL) house after our stay just to decompress and wash the filth off.
