The ADA does not consider emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals to be service animals. Service animals are considered by law as dogs specifically trained for a physical disability.

This lodging site , has farm animals, an outside large dog whom is leash-free and roams the property. In addition there is a potential for wild animals to enter the property , to which we have no control. It is also beyond our control if an unsavory encounter occurs between any animal wild or domestic with your service animal.
Any damage caused by a service dog is the responsibility of the owner of the dog.
