「It’s a cosy little cabin in the middle of eureka. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. I was in town for a reunion so I really only used it for sleeping. I didn’t cook. It was perfect for a solo traveler; might be a bit tight for a couple.
The best part for me was the location —- close to Harrison and Harris and Henderson and H Street. Very affordable and much quieter than Broadway.」

「The stay here in Arcata was wonderful and Wesvery comfortable accommodations. The neighborhood was central, and we took many walks from there to explore downtown and beautifulHumboldt State campus. If you enjoy hiking, the hiking trails that lead off of the campus into the redwood forests are breathtaking! Very enjoyable stay.」

「While the room was clean, the two mattresses were appalling, seriously worn, slanted, and very squeaky. The shade was broken and water oozed up from the bathroom floor. The bed was pushed up against the heater and the curtains came down just above… total fire hazard. Even the microwave carousel was broken. The Lobby Computerized assistant that spoke with a very strong accent made my hearing impaired husband go bonkers. Just wow」

「We loved the Starlight Studio Suite. It was exactly what we hoped for. The self-check-in process was easy peasy. The little fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. And, for us too, to sit out in the sun in the afternoon with a glass of wine. The bed was so comfortable - a big plus! the room was very clean with beautiful artwork. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything you could need. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a great stay!」
