"Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. "Schöner geht nicht mehr!!! Bitte probiert und bucht es … man kann es nicht beschreiben, so schön ist es dort! Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen und morgens im Bett liegen und den Sonnenaufgang sehen, das ist schon wundervoll genug. Aber der gesamte Komfort auf dem Hausboot, der Ofen am Abend , die Ruhe auf dem Wasser, in meinen Augen geht es nicht besser und der erholungsfaktor setzt schon nach wenigen Minuten ein. Einfach machen !!!"

"Vom Hausboot aus schaut man auf den Hafen und ein grünes Naturgebiet mit vielen Vögeln. Auf der anderen Seite ist eine Straße, von der man nachts aber kaum etwas hört. Das Boot an sich ist toll eingerichtet! Sehr liebevoll und mit Auge fürs Detail. Es ist eine Kochstelle, ein Kühlschrank und sogar ein Espresso-Kocher vorhanden, also alles was man braucht. "Property was clean throughout. Room/bathroom with double bed was small, but fine for for the purpose of an overnight stay (sleeping and showering). The breakfast was good, with some fresh fruit, cheeses and yogurt, assortment of buns/bread/crackers with butter/jams, pastries, boiled eggs, and 3 types of meat. Access to train station was great as well, we were able to walk there with all of our luggage."

"Very clean. The staff went above and beyond. They treated us like gold. Was nice how the staff always greeting with a smile and always there when you needed them. The food was exceptional. The location made it easy to get around. I walked to the colosium 2 times. I miss the breakfast with fresh juice and all the pastries."
