Great get away place

The house was clean and contained all the promised amenities. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out and yet there were lots of activities available for family times. The host was pleasant and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rustic Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!

Bike week

The house was great. Right off the road and you feel like you are miles away from everything. Publix is 1.3 miles away and they have a couple restaurants in that plaza to eat at. House was clean and plenty of towels and for all of us. Wish we had more time to stay!!! Looking forward to next year!!!!

Cozy and Spacious Family Home

We had to book a last minute property for our family to attend a funeral and needed something spacious and roomy and this was it! The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Lots of games to play, a beautiful backyard with patio lighting, waterfall/pond feature, and plenty of seating. Also very well stocked! Only recommendation would be to have some window shades or curtains in the sun room in case someone sleeps out there because it gets bright very early in that room with all the windows. Property manager was very responsive and quick to help us when the door code lock was being “cranky”. Kitchen had everything you could need as well. Thank you for hosting us on a beautiful property in Eustis!

House in the woods

I got this VRBO for my wedding weekend for my bridesmaids and I. At the time of the booking I did not have a place for our rehearsal dinner and the listing said that we would have events at the VRBO. I reached out and they wanted to charge me as if everyone was going to be spending the night at the house when in reality they were not going to. I was surprised especially since I paid almost double of what they were asking for that one event for the whole weekend. Once we got to the house we felt that we were paying for the location. The house was 10 minutes from the wedding venue. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. the beds seemed to have matteress toppers on them but I still felt the hard bed under it. They also turned the laundry room into a bedroom which also housed the AC unit and a shower curtain was the only divider. On the plus side they supplied more than enough towels and bedding materials. The management company was very communicative as well the whole time. The check in process was seemless and they wrote out all of the directions which was very helpful.

Great place for a large group

Home away from home!

Everything here was very accommodating and no need to run out and get things that were missing for a long stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. We were able to park a 31ft travel trailer here when all nearby parks were sold out. Overall was very happy with booking.

Large cozy house in the forest, with all amenities (barbecue, fire pit, artificial lake, hot tab). There is no worry that the dog will run away, the backyard is fenced. House Located 15 minutes from the Kelly park if you are planning tubing in cool water. Recommended to visit!!! Thanks for the nice time! 🤗🤗🤗

Not what we expected

Too many rules including can you believe " No Deficating in the yard" (Who does that?), WAY WAY TOO MANY TEXTS BEFORE/DURING/AFTER STAY!!!, Terrible location, Yard has 12 chairs outside around firepit but you can only have a few people out there according to rules. Most guests were really unhappy with stay. I will stop here but there is way more.

Spacious country setting.

Lots of extras here! Even though we didn't have time to use all of the features of this property, we did enjoy it. Away from a noisy highway and plenty of space for everyone. Everything you need. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Girl's Trip

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Mt Dora. There were plenty of beds and futons. The house was clean and neat. The owner provided a filter water pitcher and some essentials like coffee and tea. The 2 track road it is located on was tricky to find. Thank goodness for Google. I might suggest some reflectors or sinage. Unfortunately, our trip was just a single night so we did not have time to take advantage of the many amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit and games. Great place to stay.

Perfect reservation

This house was great. It was as beautiful as the pictures show. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation or a girls weekend getaway like we had. We had Adults, teens and children in our party. The little ones loved all the games and sports equipment that was provided. The house was very clean. The owners were responsive to all questions before the stay, during and after. We needed more blankets, sent a message, got an immediate apologetic reply and within 20 minutes they were delivered by a cleaning crew. The crew that delivered the blankets were very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this listing.

Great potential

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the property. The owner was very responsive and it was a great space for our needs. It looks like the property is in the process of being upgraded/renovated. They are making good progress and there were no major concerns. My only recommendations would be to provide wash cloths for the bathrooms and fresh shower liners (I know it's hard to keep those clean with Florida humidity), and some sort of mattress pads for the futons and sofa sleepers. The regular beds were really comfy and clean. My team was pleased with the location and the property overall. It was a nice quiet space and the outdoor space was enjoyable as well. Convenient to Mount Dora and shopping.
