Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves the the refreshing sea breeze gently caressing your face, as you savour your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular ocean views from the comfort of your unit. The spacious and well-appointed living room is the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, with its plush sofas and comfortable armchairs that invite you to site back, relax and enjoy the stunning natural scenery.
Located on the ground floor, Pacific Palms 1 provides easy and convenient access to the beach, just step outside the front door and walk straight across to Airforce Beach. There is no clear ocean view from this property! The photos showing the ocean from the front veranda are misleading due to all the trees and vegetation blocking the beach view. However the walk to the beach is almost straight across the road so that was a bonus.The outside of the unit especially around the back could do with some regular gardening maintenance.The unit itself was okay, clean tidy and everything you could want to be self sufficient. It is a bit older in design however the bathroom appears to be a newer addition. The tv in major bedroom was not working, we notified real estate so hopefully that will be repaired before the next booking is made. Overall it was a pleasant stay but not in walking distance to town or major attractions

Needs a clean

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed there over the weekend, and the property desperately needed a deep clean. We found spiders, dust caked on eveything, all the dishes/cutlery were not very clean. No garbage bags, linen was not supplied and it was not stated on the original ad. The location is great but overall disappointed with the cleanliness. The real estate weren't overly welcoming either, just gave us the keys and that was about it.

Evans head is developing with many units being updated and looking fresh and clean, this unit needs to follow the trend. We stayed here over 4 years ago, the only thing that has been updated is the price.
