The place was clean and up to date. I couldn’t get the WiFi to work but I was too tired to call the front desk and ask for help. It’s right on I-5 so I heard traffic all night, but the price is great. Front desk clerk a little surly, but I’m not there to make friends.

It was a decent stay. The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows are flat. Make sure to bring your own pillow because they don’t have extras. Folks were nice!

For the first time in memory (I am 77, and I travel quite a bit) I stayed in a room/suite with no hair dryer and no tissues. Unacceptable. When I asked about a hair dryer, the front desk told me the hotel has never had them. Paging the 21st Century, please.

We didn't even get to stay! Arrived with a confirmed reservation for a two-queen room. we got in and there was ONE DOUBLE bed on a concrete floor and absolutely zero room for a cot, not even room to sleep on the bare floor. it was as if they converted a broom closet into a guest space. They had no other rooms available, refunded us and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available anywhere in the area and we had to go home. Luckily, we weren't travelling for business or flying in without a home option 2 hours away.

Staff was not helpful, since we first arrived the staff member was not friendly or have good customer service. The Room had bad odor of dog. And the sheets were dirty. One of our group members had reserved two beds and they were forcefully telling them they chose a single bed. The hotel did cancel one of our two reservations due to a flooding and they tried to also give us a room with one bed when we had reserved it for four adults. We had a bad experience overall.

I booked bc it was close to everything. For the cost it’s great, it was very generic I didn’t like reusing towels and no ice machine. The only staff I can honestly say was helpful and worked the hardest. She would run the desk, mopping floor and cleaning windows everyday I was there. Shoutout to Karen the one who does it all. Great customer service.

The room was spacious and clean. The only hard part was the noise. You could hear everything because the beds are metal and rub against the hard laminate flooring. The beds themselves were comfortable. I felt secure staying here with my children.
