「This house sleeps 12. And there were exactly 12 of us plus a four month old. We had plenty of room! The house was clean and very comfortable, perfect for a family. I would definitely rent this house again. Duane was an excellent landlord. he was available via text message and email and replied immediately whenever I contacted him.」

「Beautiful place for couples wanting to get away with awesome pool. Quick walk to beach, quick drive/uber to all of Marco. Pre check-in communication was awesome, only issue we had was the air conditioner quit working our last night. I tried working thru VRBO (my fault, I should’ve contacted the host), I tried that later but by that time we were ready to leave.」

「The property was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for up to six people. Having a pool onsite was a great option if we didn’t feel like walking to the beach, and access to a washer/dryer was a very nice perk. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay.」

「Barb was a great host and accommodating during our trip. The listing is beautiful with a great porch to watch dolphins from. The unit is just as described in the listing. If I go back to Marco Island I would stay at this property again. Highly recommend as this host was responsive and helped make our stay better.」

「This was a modern home with all the amenities you could ask for to enjoy a week in beautiful Marco Island. We floated in the pool or the ocean every day for hours. Vacationing in late May has its benefits as the island was not overly crowded, restaurants all had availability, and the weather was perfect. Communications with Andrew who manages the property was great. Will definitely stay again.」
