「Hot breakfast bar was great」

「We had a great stay! The property was adorable, the staff kind and courteous, and served me a fantastic gluten free breakfast both days. Highly recommend!」

「Great quiet location」

「Beautiful, secluded property. Only one hour from the Denver airport. Very close to Red Rocks amphitheater. Saw turkeys and elk on the property and herds of elk around Evergreen and Morrison. I really don’t think you could get a more beautiful place to stay than this.」

「Great experience」

「We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely...

「Clean, unique layout, perfect for a solo couple going to Red Rocks. The host was very communicative, had all the information we needed for our stay complied well and presented in an easy to understand message. Evergreen is a wonderful place, Idaho Springs is close by an also worth a visit. Will stay again when we come back to Red Rocks.」

「Great views and spacious cabin!」

「Clean and beautiful and will stay again!!」

「The property was overall as expected. However, at night we saw two mice in the kitchen, they even ate our sandwich bread. I understand that the home is in the mountains and it’s hard to avoid having unwelcome guests. But we were disappointed with response from the host, it was a cookie cutter “thanks for telling us” and we felt this deserved a more robust response. I would hope the pest had been taken care of before renting again, but the lackadaisical attitude is what drove me to write this...

「This is a great location for a couple or small family. Very clean with comfortable furnishings. Do keep in mind that there is a spiral staircase with the bathroom in the first floor and the bedrooms on the second. The location is outstanding if you want to visit some of the nearby attractions. While the nearby Evergreen has several shops and restaurants. Mt Blue Sky is about an hour drive and was an amazing place to visit.」

「Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Only one problem and it’s really not that bad, no a/c. The evening cooled down so it was fine.」

「Lovely, spacious home in a great location. The house is very well stocked-especially the kitchen. I would be happy to rent again.」

「The Cozy Cabin created a warm, memorable, and inviting experience. Tucked in the woods of Evergreen, the view and weather were perfect. The game room was a great place to retreat and have fun with friends, and the hot tub was a perfect way to close out the night. Although the kitchen was close quarters, it was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. When traveling from out of state, it is nice to have a few spices and condiments to help cut down on unnecessary costs. It was a quick trip...

「Very comfortable, quiet, clean, great beds, exceptional views」

「Great property, convenient location.」

「May we suggest to put a skimmer by the hot tub. We were advised there would be two blow dryers, but unfortunately, there was only one in the house. And although we were advised there would be terry robes after the hot tub, there were none. But all in all the home is beautifully decorated, location great views and stocked extremely well.」
