"Lugnet, ljuset, renheten, utsikten mot havet himlen och horisonten var magnifik och känslan att vandra i Ranelids atmosfär var god. Matsal med terrass med anslutande trädgård mot havet var speciell - en lisa för själen. Vi återkommer till denna pärla."

"The rooms are in need of updating and towels seem to be on their last legs but my room had a kettle and fridge both of which are very useful for a longer stay. Breakfast buffet was superb, refreshed regularly and plenty for all."

"For the last 4 years I’ve been coming to Sweden Rock Festival and always stayed 5 nights at the Grand Hotel. Conveniently located, very close to the train / bus station. Close to the square behind, with hops and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and the hotel is super quiet. Staff is very professional and helpful. I’ll surely come back again next year for the Festival, and I’ll definitely choose the Grand Hôtel again."

"The staff was so helpful and accommodating, we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The room was clean and comfy with a little balcony overlooking the garden and cows in the morning! The bed was comfy, the breakfast was more than adequate. Do be mindful, it’s all shared bathrooms and showers."
