The room was clean with everything that you needed. A king size bed would have been better but the room wasn't big enough. Staff were attentive, breakfast very good. Plenty of parking and accessible to the main A38.

For what we paid, this was excellent value for money. The room was a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and the bathroom has been returned very nicely. Really helpful staff, super clean room and breakfast was relatively basic, but had several options and was plentiful. It doesn't have many frills.....but you are paying a no frills price. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
