「Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.」

「We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park...

「We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape.」

「Loved this small vacation village of tiny houses for a weekend getaway!」

「The home was perfectly situated in Cape Charles and on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with everything, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots/pans and anything you needed to cook with. Check out was a breeze! The screened in porch was perfect in the evening. Golf cart is always a nice touch for properties in Cape Charles.」

The decor, the small touches of personalization, the welcome guide, and all the extras made this feel like a home away from home for the week. My kids loved the upstairs loft living room space and bikes in the garage. The adults had plenty of space to relax and really enjoy the vacation. Everyone was...

「This was our second time staying here. Loved it just as much as the first! Host is great, House is not fancy but perfect for our crew. Three adults, five pre teens and teens. All kids fit great in the loft with a blow up. Thanks for the wonderful house! We look forward to next time!」

「Exactly what listing said! Was super clean and perfect for our short trip! Easy drive to and from the beach and the town of Cape Charles」
