“This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door ”

“Only 1 bedside table and light. No dining table. We moved the outdoor table inside. No sink. Studio apartment. Not 1 bedroom No starter milk, tes, coffee”

“It was a wonderful stay! Seamless arrival and departure - convenient parking - nice large well-equipped unit where everything worked, except the wifi which would kind of come and go.”

“Good. Wifi slow. Previous guests did not clean the BBQ. Nice and quiet, Staff were very helpful.”

“Great location to town. BBQ dirty; items provided either broken or missing. Poor facilities but pool area clean and nice in comparison to the apartment.”

“Conveniently close to amenities. Had almost everything we required. However, no street number at the gate. Some minor omissions - internal doors squeaked, no dishwashing brush or bench cloth/sponge.”
