My room across the street from me had cobwebs on the door, a pleasant smell unpleasant, and there was no refrigerator or microwave. When I told the staff, they turned the room into the main building, which had a refrigerator. However, one of our party ended up staying up all night on a small couch because I needed 2 beds but only 1 bed.」
