「Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away. 」

「My wife and I rented the villa for 6 nights. The main draw was having the boat available and even though we didn't need all the bedrooms, the price with the boat was still a great deal! The villa is in great shape and was getting some new kitchen appliances while we were there. The boat allowed us to explore Exuma and the surrounding cays that we hadn't had a chance to do in past visits. I would highly recommend you consider this property if you are planning a trip to Exuma.」
