“I booked ahead about a week before my birthday. We bought all of the party supplies and I paid for fully for the hotel prior to my arrival. When we got to the hotel, there was NO ONE working in the office, and the instructions on how to find our room was incorrect, so the it was extremely difficult to find out where our room was. “When we arrived, the door code initially didn’t work, but the host responded quickly and had it reactivated within a few minutes. Shortly after, we noticed some outlets weren’t working and had to reach out again to request access the garage and reset a breaker.There were a few maintenance and comfort issues during our stay. None of the bedrooms had blackout curtains, and the curtain rods in the main living area were partially detached from the wall. In the kitchen, all cabinets and drawers……

“We came into town for a wedding and took advantage to explore claremore a bit more. Staying in the home was a great decision because it was so easy to check in or check out. A couple of things went wrong for us that I think could be easy fixes. The hot and cold were opposite (hot on right cold on left) these should be labeled so guests remember.
