It was just as I expected from Comfort Inn, but lacking in a few areas: we were first put in a room that smelled pretty at first, but less than a minute later, that pretty smell was noticeably strong even after I opened the window. I would probably have a migraine after an hour! The check in person put us in another room, no problem whatsoever. Our new room didn’t have a switch for the lights when you walked in, just for the entry. So we had to walk in the dark to figure out how to turn the other lights on! Once that was solved, it just became normal every night we walked in!
The next morning, as we were coming down for breakfast, the elevator got stuck! We were amazed at how quickly the staff handled the situation, got us out of there within 5 minutes!
The staff is super, super nice, we loved the breakfast lady who is always so friendly and helpful. But Comfort Inn needs to step up and give this hotel some TLC.
