House is ok. Nice neighborhood and overall decent home but for the price it leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs, 1 kitchen towel, bathtub was dirty, random old/expired spices and food condiments in the cabinets and refrigerator. Living room is huge, but couch is very small. Downstairs space is huge, but there is no furniture, no towels in bathroom and there is a random/annoying beeping noise coming from what I believe is the garage but you cannot inspect what it as . Also had to purchase wasp spray to take care of a very large nest right where we parked that was full of wasps.

We reserved this property for a reunion for a group of my classmates from high school. The house was appropriate because we had planned a business meeting related donations that we hope to make for our school so having adequate space for parking was important since we other classmates who were local or decided to use hotels would join us there. The house was ok. My colleagues that slept there had a few complaints including a bathroom light that failed to come on, and the grass being overgrown when they arrived, it was cut the next day so that was rectified. The host was responsive to most of our questions and requests
