Carrie, Thank you for reaching out. Our trip was centered around my father in laws funeral and were joined by our adult children who traveled from Idaho and Florida. Due to the nature of our visit I did not have the bandwidth to contact you earlier. I wanted to express several concerns about our stay as the conditions of your home did not reflect your listing. The outside of your property was in terrible conditions including trash in the yard, extensive cobwebs, unkept lawn, inaccessible backyard due to excessive dry grass and dilapidated patio furniture. The inside of your home was unclean noted by the dirt on our grand child’s feet when walking barefoot. The walls were dirty, there were minimal silverware, cups and no cleaning supplies. The overall status was unsanitary. The freezer did not work well nor did the ac. The back patio door although it locks is not securely set. There are bugs in the bedroom closest to the laundry room. In addition your garbage can was full therefore there is a bag of trash in the garage. I have several pictures if you’re interested. Trina
