「 I have separate bookings for this hotel in my trip and the staff was very helpful to arrange the rooms of my various booking. I booked the lake view deluxe room and suite and the view is wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to city centre, supermarket, hot spring centre and local tour gathering point. The rooms are comfortable. Tea bags were refilled daily. Only problem is some hairs were found in the bath tub. 」
