「Communication was excellent. Location was great for what adventures we had planned. The basement apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Only thing that we did not enjoy was zero windows or way to see outside. Great place of you need a place to sleep, eat relax outside and quiet. 」

「We stayed here for the weekend while visiting family and friends. The RV and ground was spotless and well appointed. Everything you could need for a quiet weekend. Host was super responsive to all questions and very helpful. The huge privacy fence around the grounds was very nice to have. Would definitely stay again!」

「First, Jeff is an amazing host. So much thought put into his guests comfort and feeling of “home”. Our group absolutely loved it. So clean, cozy, and functional!! It was convenient to everything we needed to have access too and the back yard was amazing for watching wildlife! We would definitely stay here again! 」

「We spent a long 4th of July weekend with family that live in Morgantown. The house was very clean throughout. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Towels including wash clothes and kitchen towels enough provided. Bedrooms big and basement fits a family with kids. Kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. I would rent again. Very nice owner and nice to talk with regarding our stay. 」

「We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

「Quite enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house is nice with the living area on the first floor, bedrooms on the second, and laundry/ garage down below both. It’s a relatively quiet place with the occasional dog barking next door. Friendly neighbors and owner. Excellent location to the town and interstate. Parking can be tight but manageable. Having a garage is nice, though, there is a desk in there that makes it a snug fit for larger cars. Would recommend and will stay here in the future. 」

「Inviting, cozy, lovely surroundings. This property is exactly as described, and we very much enjoyed the sounds of the river rolling by. There were plenty of amenities inside and outside and our party of 8 was more than comfortable. The host was available and approachable and kind. Thank you for a really lovely, quiet, stay.」
