「We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just...

「Upon walking in to the property the first thing I noticed was a can of ant/roach spray on the shelf. There was a reason because the unit had bugs. The air conditioning was turned off and there was a musty smell in the whole property. Our party was for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We messaged the owner around 430pm and finally got a message back around 1030pm allowing us to take a towel from the "property of owner " cabinet and added for us not to take anything else which seemed...

「The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them.
There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

「The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered.
We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...
